Privacy Notes
GEFIMI uses information you choose to type, paste, confirm, or publish. Public links are treated as evidence signals; GEFIMI does not ask for passwords to third-party accounts or bypass their login controls.
Local mode
The first task breakdown can work without an account. Until you choose server saving, drafts and progress may be stored in this browser using local storage.
Account and room data
After email verification and explicit consent, the server can store your email, name or nickname, locale, profile answers, generated result, room drafts, Flow state, proof notes, execution plans, role confirmations, evidence links, action events, and trust signals needed to operate the product. Security records can include a one-way hash derived from an IP address and a shortened browser user-agent string. GEFIMI does not store your email password.
Public traces and matching
External profile or portfolio links are sent to the server only when the related trace consent is enabled. A separate matching consent controls whether a non-private capability profile can be considered for suitable rooms. Removing that consent disables future matching; changing map visibility to “Only me” also removes the profile from discovery. Matching does not authorize invitation delivery. Invitation delivery has its own opt-in, daily limit and pause control, and it is off by default. A signed-in recipient can decline an invitation, report it, or block future invitations from that room owner. Reporting an open link does not remove the link for other people.
AI task planning
When the server AI planner is enabled, the task text and limited planning context can be sent to the configured AI processing provider to produce a structured draft. Obvious email, phone, password, token and API-key patterns are redacted locally before that request; users should still avoid adding unnecessary personal data. Models do not approve spending, send invitations, start rooms, or accept proof; those actions remain under deterministic policy and authenticated human control.
Приложение и уведомления по задачам
Установка GEFIMI на экран телефона не включает уведомления автоматически. Если ты отдельно разрешаешь push-уведомления, сервер сохраняет адрес и ключи push-подписки устройства, связь с аккаунтом и сессией, выбранные категории и отметку согласия. Для доставки используются push-сервисы браузера или операционной системы. Они могут получать технические сведения о соединении.
Уведомление содержит только общий сигнал об изменении или сроке и ссылку на задачу. Текст задачи, имена участников и материалы не показываются на заблокированном экране. Получение деталей требует входа и доступа к задаче. Эти настройки не дают согласие на рекламу или email-рассылку.
Отключить устройство можно в разделе «На телефон» или запретить уведомления в настройках браузера. Отключение прекращает будущую доставку, но не отменяет уже переданные push-сервису сообщения. Служебные записи доставки и отзыва согласия сохраняются отдельно от материалов задачи.
Для работы с задачами нужен интернет. Service Worker сохраняет только общий экран отсутствия связи, без профилей, задач и API-ответов. Хранилища браузера и установленного приложения могут различаться: сначала сохрани важный черновик на сервере и используй тот же email для входа.
Control
You choose what to provide. Do not paste private messages, secrets, passwords, or links you do not want used as evidence context. Self-service export and account deletion are not yet implemented in this alpha; this is a launch blocker for wider public use and must be completed before production scale.
